Compatibility: We will not be responsible for any
compatibility issues. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do their own
homework and ensure the product is compatible with what they are purchasing it
for. Some listings may not come with software required for the
unit. If it is not listed, it does not come with it.
30 DAY = Items sold with a warranty are for hardware malfunction/defects
only. It does not cover cosmetic damage or software issues. This means the
item up for bid has been tested. Warranty period begins on the date the item is
received.
BATTERY
POLICY = We
do NOT warranty batteries on any used devices. Most of our
items are used equipment and it is priced as such. Batteries are fairly inexpensive to purchase new on eBay.

Payments must be made
within 3 days of auctions end.
We prefer all payments
to be made through PayPal.
RETURN
POLICY
We accept Returns on
items that adhere to our warranty descriptions as listed above or for any
errors on our part. We will attempt to replace the item for you. If
we are unable to replace the item, refunds are of the total amount of the
auction. No shipping charges will be refunded unless it is our error.
Please understand that once an item has been received it must be first
inspected. Once the item passes inspection, a refund will be submitted to
our accounting department then given to the buyer.
*Returns on non-defective equipment are subject to
a 20% restocking fee*
Shipping Information
Additional packaging is $25.00 and must be
requested and added to invoice prior to payment being made!
If invoice is paid prior to $25.00 fee being
added, the additional packaging will not be completed. Item will be sent
in original packaging.
Freight Shipments are to be arranged by the buyer. Please
wait for an invoice with your accurate weight and dimensions before securing a
pick up. BOL must be submitted to us BEFORE the truck comes or the truck
will be turned away without the product.
Shipping costs are based on weight and off of ship-to
location. We primarily ship items through UPS Ground for all US
orders. Some orders may be shipped via USPS at our discretion.
Orders are typically processed
within 48 hours of closure. Items are shipped out on Monday-Friday 8-5
cst. We are closed on weekends.
