VERY GOOD COSMETIC CONDITION (VGCC) - Items that looks like new but it has acceptable minor scuffs and scratches from very light use of the item.
GOOD COSMETIC CONDITION (GCC) - Items that are well cared for but will have light wear and tear from normal use of the item including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, dings, discoloration.
FAIR COSMETIC CONDITION (FCC) - Items that are fairly worn. With signs of "wear and tear" from normal to heavy use of the item which include aesthetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, dings, and discoloration.
BELOW PAR COSMETIC CONDITION (BPCC) - Items that are categorized as below standard cosmetic condition or it is below 5 out of 10 condition. Item is for sure has an indication of "wear and tear" from heavy use of the item which include aesthetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, dings, cracks and discoloration. Also, item might have missing part(s).
DESCRIPTION TRANSPARENCY (if applicable or as applicable)
1. All items have inspected to check if they are working. Part of inspection is cleaning and sanitizing the item regardless if it's New Other or Used.
2. Any worn out indications can be seen in the the photos. So, please inspect the pictures thoroughly before buying.
3. New Other item always has some signs of cosmetic wear (eg scuffs and scratches), but fully functional as intended. Also see item condition above.
4. Other than the tests or description(s) above, no other test has been.

OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY
1. You may return the item within 7 days upon receipt of the item, only if the item bought is not working or is a damaged good. Though we test all our items before listing.
2. Return shipping cost is responsibility of the buyer.
3. We don’t accept returns and refunds on "Not Working - For Parts Only" items.
4. Return is not accepted if the buyer purchase the wrong item.
5. Refund applies only if we confirm that the item is not damaged by improper use of the buyer.
6. Please contact us for a full refund if you don't get the package 35 days after your payment has been cleared.
NOTE VERY WELL: In any case that you find your purchased item defective or not working, please make sure that you’ve exhausted all efforts to confirm that it is truly defective or not working. This is to avoid any hassle for both parties. Because if a buyer returns and item and if we verify that the returned item is actually working as intended, or it is what we described on the item description, a full refund will NOT be issued.
