I believe the Grand 7 on this jacket is a label created in reference to the Grand 7 Saloon in St Paul, Minnesota. 

Very good condition. No odor issue or smoke smell. Note loose stitching by collar(pic 8). It would seem as tho the fabric of collar would be loose from the leather there, but it isn't. Note hole in fabric of sleeve cuff. Also the leather wear on same pic is the worst I found on coat (pic 9) Loose stitching in interior by armpit (pic 10). The other side has a little of the same wear. 

Overall beautiful vintage condition.
