CompleteStruts is pleased to warrant to the original vehicle owner that each new Unity complete strut assembly, shock or control arm shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used on private non-commercial vehicles under normal operating conditions.
Lifetime is defined as for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the Unity products were installed.
This warranty is limited to the exchange/replacement of the Unity product that is being claimed as defective. This warranty makes no further expressed or implied obligation under this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear or to products that have been altered, modified, improperly installed, used in applications other than their original intent, and damaged due to vehicle modification or accident.
Normal Wear and Tear is defined as the inherent and natural wear characteristics of mechanical parts on your vehicle.
All cost associated with the installation, removal and replacement of the defective product are not included in this warranty and shall not be considered for re-imbursement.
In order to process a warranty claim you will need to provide a work order from an ASE certified mechanic stating the defect (be sure the inspection states specific defect and not stating defect simply as "bad or defective part"). You may be asked to provide physical evidence of a defect by the manufacturer. Pictures and or video may be required before a warranty claim is issued.
Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us at 855-478-7887
2. Provide the agent with documents prepared for the defective Unity part.
Once the accepted customer will be sent a return label and RMA number and a replacement part will be sent to the shipping address on original order.
