Kool Karts strives to ship all items within a timely manner. Depending on the item, we will fill that order from within 24 hours to no later than 5 business days(not including weekends or holidays). There are certain items that are made to order which, from time to time, may require additional days to process. In those cases, the buyer will be contacted about the delay or the listing will show the estimated period of time required to fill the order.
Any shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will incur additional shipping charges, as well as all international orders. Please call us for a quote, toll free at . The rest of the 48 states will follow the same shipping rules and guidelines as posted.
Kool Karts is not responsible nor guarantees shipping times, but we will be able to give an estimated date of arrival based on the tracking information received. All Tracking information will be passed along to the buyer after the order has been filled.
If by chance an item is found to be what was not desribed, then we will reach out to you to replace the incorrect item for the correct one, as quickly as possible once we have received the item. We will only do this after we have spoken with the buyer within 7 business days of receiving the item.
In cases where a new item is shipped damaged, the item may be replaced by the manufacturer, during the warranty period. There are no warranties on any used items.
If you ordered the wrong item(s), we will from time to time accept an uninstalled parts and give you a store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, if you ship back at your own cost. Kool Karts reserve the right to refuse the item if item is damaged while being shipped back to us.
Certain items may be ordered that may be on back order with the manufacturer. We will give you the expected date of delivery, at that point you can choose to wait for the item or opt to have your money refunded. This is the only time that funds will be refunded without approval from management.
NO Refunds on special order items unless Kool Karts is at fault.
