Refund will be issued Only if something other than what is stated/pictured in the listing is sent to you.

We will accept returns providing that goods are returned unused / unopened in their original conditions, packaging, in resalable condition within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required for all returns. You must contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the merchandise for return instructions. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment if there are any issues related to the order. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee to cover expenses related to processing the return and relisting the item.

We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. If the item is returned because of an undeliverable address, your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

The buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs on returned items, that includes the original shipment from us to you.
