Vest is new, never been used. Does have some shelf soiling on the back of the shoulders from not being in the plastic bag. Pumped it up to test for leaks it's 100% airtight

I don't see a size on it. But I wear a 38 to 40" suit or coat and it fits me great. I'm 510 165 pounds

it's bright yellow with a wet suit type neoprene back and adjustable Velcro belt. 

You blow it up using the little tube on your chest.
