PAYMENTS

• We accept PayPal as our method of payment and payments 3 days of auction end is greatly appreciated.
• Need more time? Please contact us right away if you need more time to gather funds so we do not file an unpaid item claim unnecessarily. 

SHIPPING

• To get the best shipping deal, please wait for our store invoicing.
• With auction style listings, DO NOT pay immediately if you want a shipping discount. In order to receive the discount all items must be listed on a single invoice. If you are bidding on multiple auctions ending on different days, please let us know so we can wait on you to finish purchasing items before we send an invoice.
• All "Buy It Now" listings will remain up for sale unless the buyer pays immediately. What this means for you is you must first add all the items to your shopping cart to purchase multiple items with one payment.
• International Shipping. We ship globally when we can. If you do not see your country listed it may not be feasible for us to ship the item to your county.
• Buyer is responsible for all custom fees and taxes, if applicable.
• Military and US Territory addresses must select the Priority Mail option to guarantee delivery.
• Low Shipping Rates. We attempt to provide the lowest shipping rate available to your location. A small fee is sometimes included to cover our costs of processing and handling.  We do not make any money on the shipping & handling. If you have concerns about the shipping cost, please email us. We are happy to work with you where ever we can.
• Fast Shipping. We do our best to ship all items within 1-2 days of your cleared payment.
• Tracking numbers are always provided with every shipment and Insurance is included with Priority Mail. 
• Please provide correct addresses. Packages returned back to us for any reason (refused, incorrect / insufficient addresses etc. will be reshipped at buyers expense. We are unable to give refunds for these returned shipments.

RETURNS: 

• Problems? If there is a problem or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. We will make every effort to make it right and resolve the issue fairly. We do ask that you contact us within 3 days of receipt for a RMA# if a return is needed. 
• 14 Day Guarantee. Please return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of your purchase price minus the S&H charges. 

We reserve the right to:
a) charge a 10% restocking fee if you change your mind about the item after you receive it or it is returned used/worn.
b) negotiate your refund up to 50% of the purchase price if you prefer to keep the item in lieu of shipping it back.

• Damaged item? If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You will be covered for both the purchase price and shipping charges. The USPS requires proof of damage so please do not throw anything away. We'll accept photos so you don't have to pay more shipping to send it back.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Most of our items are Pre-Owned. This means they will show some wear somewhere and are sold "As Is". Our eyes are old and it's possible we may miss something, so please consider all photos as part of the description.
• Feedback. Your 100% satisfaction is really important to us and we are very proud of our 100% rating. 5 Star Feedback keeps our pricing low and we try to give the best description and include photos as part of that description. 
• Smoke Free Home. We are smoke free and we are animal lovers (even with our allergies), so we do have pets. We want you to know this item has been stored and packaged in a pet free location of our home.
