Buyer needs to contact us via eBay and ask for a Return Authorization.

Full returns will only be made if item (s) is sent incorrectly (wrong item, wrong shoe size).

Return will not be accepted if item has been used or washed, altered, tags removed or damaged by buyer.

To be eligible for a refund, return items must be sent back in the same way as it was sent to the buyer in the original condition with their packaging intact.

Refunds will be credited back via Paypal after we receive and inspect the item.
