Adding to its portfolio of two stores TOWER London opened the doors to its third shop at the beginning of April 2014. Signalling the beginning of a new phase for TOWER the latest store features a bespoke interior and unique detailing including tailor-made LED screens and a community wall. A flagship store in Shoreditch will follow in 2015.

Delivery and Returns

UK Standard Delivery

Tower London offers Free Standard Delivery to UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Isles.

Orders before 1pm are shipped on the same day and delivered within 3 working days from date of purchase [excluding weekends]. e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday.

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail so if you miss delivery you'll be able to collect your item from the nearest Post Office.

Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how and where you can pick it up. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery (UK only)

Orders placed before 1pm are processed for next day delivery except on weekends.

Please note we are unable to deliver Saturday so orders processed Friday will arrive Monday.

We do not deliver on a bank holiday so please be aware of any coming up when you order.

The cost of Next Day Delivery is £6.99.

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel the carrier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.(please note: special delivery items will be kept in the nearest Post Office for 7 days only).

Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you love your new purchase. However we understand that sometimes you might want to return an item back:

  • Change of mind

Please note that returns due to change of mind (e.g. remorse purchases) are accepted back within 30 days of when you received the item. In addition remorse purchases have to be returned to us in original condition. If you wish to return your item within 30 days of receipt because you changed your mind please contact us via eBay messages .Our customer service team will send you the returns address with all the necessary details you would need to include in order to return the item. Also please note that you would be responsible for the return postage costs.

  • Item is not as described in the listing arrives damaged it is malfunctioning or is missing parts

In the unlikely event of your item being not described in the listing arriving in damaged condition malfunctioning or missing something that was detailed in the listing please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay messages . Please contact our customer service team within 60 days of your purchase to inform us about any problems related to your purchase with us. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed information on how to return your item for a refund and will send you free post returns label. Please note that you would be required to keep proof of postage when you are returning your items.

  • Refunds

As soon as we receive your item back at our premises we will inspect it and allocate your details for a refund. We aim to complete your refund within 48 hours or receiving your parcel back. During busy periods we may experience backlog in processing your refund however we will always refund you within 6 working days of receiving the returned item as per eBay managed returns regulations.

Order Acknowledgement and Acceptance

Please note that all listings of Retail Direct are invitations to treat and no binding contract will be formed until the order is dispatched which will serve as an acceptance forming a contract of sale. As a seller we reserve our right to transfer ownership of the goods as provided in section 17 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 i.e. property passes when intended to pass. Any items which have been unintentionally listed at a wrong price will be ended until the technical problem is resolved and no ownership will be passed. All customers will be reimbursed the full amount in case they have paid. Under Law of Mistake where parties to a contract operated under a mistake whilst entering into a contract, the contract is voidable or in certain circumstances as unilateral mistake in price void from the very beginning.In the case of Hartog v Colin and Shields (1939) the seller had made a mistake as to the price of goods and it was held that the buyer must have realised the mistake and as it concerned a term of the contract the contract was held to be void.
