A stunning condition 14k gold topped Swiss Gent's Brietling Top-Time chronograph wrist watch, with flared lugs and a new leather bracelet, dating from 1962. The watch has just been fully serviced and overhauled by my watch-maker, and is keeping excellent time. This watch is guaranteed to be a genuine Breitling wrist watch, fully signed to dial, movement, winding button and case, and comes with a presentation box as shown.

THE DIAL: 100% mint, the original satin black and silver dial with gold baton markers and Arabic numerals, signed "Breitling, Geneve, Top-Time" . Dial with gold dauphine hands and seconds hand and centre seconds and two subsidary dials for running seconds and elasped minutes. Diameter is 33 mm. The new crystal is also in excellent condition.
THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint, with typical landeron plates. The watch with a compensate regulator and two arm bimetallic balance, with overcoiled hairspring. The movement fully signed "Venus" with Venus ebauche stamp in a star, and with 17 jewels. The movement with a gilt metal Breitling winding button. The movement is an Venus calibre 188, and signed Breitling on a movement bridge. The watch is much brighter and crisp than in these dark photos, which are limited by my camera and lighting equiment. The watch is in very good working order for its age and all chronograph functions are also in full working order.
THE CASE: 97% mint, the 14k gold filled case measures 34 mm outside diameter and 43 mm to ends of lugs, with minmor wear to top bezel in a few places. The case is in excellent condition, with a snap on steel rear cover, stamped Breitling, number 2003. The case with very minor marks, but overall in excellent condition.
THE BRACELET: 100% mint, watch comes with a new leather watch bracelet, and the watch comes with a red leatherette presentation box.
This is a high quality wrist watch, a work of art in its own right in crisp condition and of jewel like quality. This is a very fine watch in simply stunning condition, which is a very rare collectable item or a possible investment for the future or of course a fine gift for a birthday, anniversary, wedding etc.
