ITEM CONDITION

Genuine Citroen part.   The part is second hand so it do has some cosmetic age and wear related marks but  nothing significant. The car has been tested prior breaking and the part was fully functional.

Regardless of the listing details, fitment can vary due to engine type or body style. Vehicle compatibility is a rough guide and  it is your responsibility to check if this part will fit your vehicle.  Please make sure that the part that you need matches an item above.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

                    In the event of a problem with your purchase-whether it be damaged in transit, faulty, late delivery or any other issue AT ALL, please contact us IN THE FIRST INSTANCE by telephone  07563430306  or by Ebay messages. The Ebay system is designed to promote buyer confidence and it will lead you down a path to 'open a case' against the seller in order to resolve the problem. We will ALWAYS resolve your issue but would ask you to call us in order to do so. If we not meet your requirements, you can always   'open a case' afterwards-but you will not need to.

                    Opened Ebay cases now count against sellers and they receive a 'defect point' for every opened case, even if the seller resolves the issue with the buyer. At worst, this can result in the seller having listings removed which could have catastrophic implications for businesses such us ours. Thank you in consideration.

Please note,   Parcel Force and other couriers  delivery into  Northern Ireland  value as delivery abroad.

* If you need an item urgently, you can choose 24 hours delivery when you pay for the purchase.

*  Items up to 2kg will be sent through Royal Mail (please allow up to 5 working days for item to arrive), bulky items or heavier than 2kg will be sent through other courier.

*  All our items are security marked to avoid any fraudulent return.

*  All items are sold as seen in pictures.

  RETURN POLICY

* Buyer can cancel the purchase within  30days  after receiving the item.

* Order errors and faults with parts must be reported to us within  5 working days  of receipt of your goods, and arrangements made for their return.

* If an item is sent through courier, please check item before signing,  especially  if you see damaged package.  If the courier refused to wait, just write DAMAGED and sign, in that case will be easier to demand compensation from the courier.  If sign before seeing it you have agreed with them that the item is  OK and no refunds will be able to be given after.  

* In case if an item has been damaged in transit the photos will be requested and have to be send through Ebay messages. (Photos of damaged package and item).

* If we have made a mistake in supplying the part you ordered, you may request an exchange or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as it was received by the buyer.

* Where buyer has made a genuine error or just changed his mind, we will accept a return (buyer has to pay for return shipping). In that case the item has to be returned at buyer expense and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

* In the case of a faulty part, we will ship you a replacement  (if it will be possible)  after we have received  back the faulty item. Return shipping and replacement shipping will be at our expense. Only if we cannot replace the faulty part we will refund the amount paid for the part and we will also cover the cost of your original shipping charge.

* GLASS DELIVERED BY COURIER is at the customer's risk, as couriers do not insure glass. We can accept no responsibility for glass broken in transit, and therefore no refund can be considered in these circumstances.
