Lot#: Q4

This is a really nice Barbie Malibu Beach House, and comes with many pieces of furniture and accessories. I don't know if all of these pieces are original to this set, but all seem to be in good condition, and all are included. Some stress points, but house in good condition, from a clean, smoke free home. Also comes with some screws for assembly. Unfortunately I do not have instructions, but was able to assemble it by watching a couple videos, and most of the pieces only fit one way anyway, so it isn't too difficult, took me about an hour or so. I will disassemble for packing/shipping purposes, everything is as pictured.
