EcoAqua cartridges use only use the highest grade sintered carbon block, which ensures reliable and efficient filtration performance for the entire duration of the cartridge (6 months).
Installation is exactly the same as using the manufacturer's original cartridge. Every filter we sell comes complete with easy to understand instructions.

Installation instructions:
1. Twist the old filter a quarter-turn counter-clockwise.
2. Pull the filter straight out.
3. Remove the colour-keyed knob from the end.
4. Discard the old filter.
5. Slide the knob onto the end of the new filter.
6. Push the new filter into the fridge until it stops.
7. Twist the filter quarter-turn clockwise.
8. Reset yout 'change filter' light (if your fridge has one).

We will accept items for refund if returned in original wrappings and in original cartons, we wont accept goods for refund that have been opened. For example we wont accept for return filters that have had their hygienic protective wrappers removed, or have been used and cant be resold. Your Distance Selling Rights are not compromised.
