It is an excellent+ condition lens without scratch, fungus or haze on the lens.
There's minor dust inside the lens but I don't think they will affect image quality.
HSM is quite and works fine.
Cosmetically barrel shows minor wear.
It is compatible with Digital Rebel series, 10D, 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D,60D, 70D, 80D, 1D, 5D, 6D, 7D

Mint		 96-100% Lens looks perfect and is free of scratches. Lens barrel shows almost no signs of wear.

Excellent+		 90-95% Lens glass is perfect but may have some light internal dust which will not affect picture quality. Very minimal surface scratches/scuffs can be seen on the lens barrel.

Excellent		 85-89% Lens glass is perfect but may have some light internal dust which will not affect picture quality. Surface scratches/scuffs can be seen on the lens barrel, but do not affect the functioning.
Good
 75-84% Lens glass may have cleaning marks, small surface scratches, or internal dust which won't affect picture quality. Lens barrel may have scrapes or scratches, but is in functional condition.

Fair		 65-74% Lens glass may have fungus, excessive dust and/or scratches that would more than likely affect picture quality. Lens barrel shows multiple signs of surface wear, such as scratches, dings, and cracks.
