UK Shipping
For UK mainland purchases shipping is free of charge. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. All items are shipped on a next working day service.
EU Shipping
For most EU mainland locations shipping is free of charge. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. All items are shipped on a standard international fully insured UPS service.
EU shipping excludes
Canary Islands, Russian Federation, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Iceland, Malta & Ukraine
Packaging
All of our refurbished Apple Mac products are shipped in high quality custom made boxes with protective foam packaging to ensure they arrive in the same condition they were in when we packed them.
All Apple Mac Pro systems supplied by Macrefresh Ltd are supplied with a 1 year RTB Warranty. An additional 2 years can be purchased on Apple Mac Pro systems at the time of purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us you may return it within 14 days of receipt of goods for a 100% refund of your purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be returned by the method that the original payment was made.
Macrefresh Ltd will provide telephone, email or remote technical assistance if necessary via a high-speed Internet connection using secure remote help software on working business days (Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm) whilst the warranty is valid on the following:-
- Hardware related issues for the purchased system or parts
- Software installation if purchased from Macrefresh Ltd
- Software issues regarding the operating system loaded by Macrefresh Ltd
We are a UK VAT registered Company and all our prices include 20% Vat. We supply full invoices with VAT shown separately. Invoices are emailed within 48 hours of delivery to the email address supplied when purchased or to the email address supplied by PayPal. If you do not receive this then please contact us and our customer service team will check details and resend.
If you are located in Europe within the EU and you have a VAT number then we can deduct the amount of VAT before payment. Please supply your number to us and once verified we will send you the correct amount for payment. To check your number is showing on the VAT information exchange system please go to http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/
If you are located outside of the EU then we can deduct the VAT amount before payment and we can ship to you outside of the EU.
