Doll found on page #223 of the Encyclopedia of Bisque Nancy Ann Story Book Dolls 1936-1947

This comes from my mother's large collection of Storybook Dolls. She has over 150! My mother passed away this year and none of her children have the space to store such a large collection. My mother was a smoker her whole life and although dolls were kept in a sealed cabinet (for as long as I can remember), there is a faint smoke/musty smell to the dolls - some more than other. I do have a keen nose and can smell a lot of odors that other can not. So you may not smell anything at all or you may be able to smell what I do??? I have not done anything to clean the dolls up as I am not an expert on dolls and did not want to mess them up and take away any of their value.
