When you are ready to pay, Simply click the "Pay Now" button at the top of the eBay item page to submit a secure payment through checkout. Payment is due within 7 days.
Purchase multiple items and save on shipping!
If you plan to purchase multiple items to save on combined shipping you need to let us know. DO NOT PAY until all items are won or you have committed to buy. We offer 14 days to combine all of your items into one checkout with one low shipping cost! Items must be purchased using the same user I.D. If you are buying multiple items to save on COMBINED SHIPPING, the auctions should end within 14 days of each other and must be checked out at the same time, with ONE payment. After you have won all items you need to submit the "request total" button on the eBay checkout page. We will then combine shipping for those items and send you the final total.
Order tracking
You can track your order within 24-48 hours after you have received your tracking number.
Cancellation & order modification
We
will do our best to process any cancellation or change requests before
your order is sent from our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee that
any order can be changed or canceled after the order has been placed.
If the order has been shipped, or for some other reason we are unable to
cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the
full cost associated with shipping the product back to us. Please order
carefully, and if you’d like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
We
want you to be completely happy with your purchases. So we do
everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order,
delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the
following guidelines:
-Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
-Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, this includes any physical alteration to the product or modifications.
-Please contact us for a RA #
-Unless there is a mistake on our end the
customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to our headquarters in
LOS ANGELES, CA.
