RETURN POLICY: Please contact me within 14 days from the date you receive the shipment. A full refund will be issued once the item is examined for damage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that you should insure the return package as I will not refund any amount if the returned item is damaged when shipped.

Refunds will be honored based upon the following: If the item received is different than the item was listed in the auction. If the item is not in a working condition other than damaged* during shipping. If there is anything missing that is shown in the photos and I am unable to replace or complete the transaction.

Refund will not be honored: If the item was received damaged as a result of shipping*, and the shipping insurance was purchased by the buyer, or insurance is set as optional to buyer. Claims with shipping company must be filed and followed up by the buyer. If the item you shipped back to us is not the actual item that was originally shipped to you or if there was any damage or missing parts or if the original box was damaged. Any item sold with an as is auction will be just that, as is.
