 at the same time. It has a black Adamantine finish with marbling alpaca as well as gold  highlights on the case. This beautiful mantle

 clock measures 17"across the base. As it runs, the ticking  is almost inaudible, so if you wanted to operate the clock without the gong

or music box, either action can be silenced. I would date this  piece to the late 1880's by the type of musical movement in it as well as by
