Vintage Italian Salad Serving Pair
I'm guessing (Yes GUESSing) these are 40+ years old.

There is quite a bit of VARIATION in these sets:
These Feature the "Hunters on Horseback"
Both stamped "Italy", Fork also stamped "Montagnani"  -- Other Manufacturers Exist.
There is Variation in the "Toppers" --  This pair features Indentical Lions.
Be sure to examine the photos carefully !!
I guess the metal is Brass with a sort of Plate.
The first 4 pix are photographs.  The last 2 are Scans.
The Color of the items is more "off-brassy" like the Scans !!

These came from my Grandmother's Estate.  I'm pretty sure they were never used.
To my eye, the "topper" Lion (on the "Spoon") is welded on slightly off-center, tilting forward.
But a "rough" Handmade Look is part of the Lure and Charm of these sets.
