Shipping/Despatch : Shipping will be made by 1 of 2 methods. Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce (On occasion we will send lower value (under £41) items by recorded delivery). This is to ensure the best price on all shipping and your item is fully insured to value. We will reuse packaging where possible to keep costs down, but item protection will always be a priority. All overseas deliveries are fully tracked to your door to ensure the safe transit of the goods.

All our prices are inclusive of delivery. As we are a business that is based solely online, we do not offer a collection service.

 Returns Policy: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price, if returned within 14 days.  All our items are 2^nd user unless otherwise stated in the listing. These are not covered by any warranty past the 14 day return period and we would recommend looking at the eBay warranty offer if you feel that may be a benefit.

disputes Serial numbers of items are recorded prior to dispatch. The number on the listing **1234** is our stock inventory number.

Most buy it now purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after the day they receive the item.

We operate under the VAT margin scheme which means that we do not claim VAT on purchases and cannot provide a VAT receipt for any purchases from us. 

Unless our listing is a 'Best Offer' or Auction type listing, our prices are fixed. We do our best to provide an excellent service and try to keep our prices competitive.
