BUYERS BEWARE, the following types of order will be refunded without exceptions:
1. User account of less than 1-year history
2. Paypal payment from NON-VERIFIED Paypal account
3. SCAMMERS trying funny businesses

By proceeding to purchasing an order, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to the following terms of service.
Service Standards:
1. Mining contract will be started within 24 hours upon cleared payment. If there is anticipated delay in starting, I will inform you within 24 hours upon cleared payment.
2. The hash rate is 12 TH/s (12000 GH/s) +/- 10%, based on SHA-256 algorithm.
3. Multiple purchased contract will be delivered in corresponding number of days.
4. Requests to change mining information (i.e. pool, worker id, password, etc.) will be made in best effort but no guarantees, once a contract is started.
5. Purchased item, the contract herein, will be marked as shipped, once started. I will also send an eBay message as record.
6. Mining disruptions due to miner downtime, will be compensated in equivalent extension of contract.
7. There is no refund to this contract.
8. Positive feedback is expected upon successful completion of the contract. I will return the same favor. Frequently returned buyer will enjoy additional service extension / bonus, at my sole discretion.
9. Combo Bonus: Purchase a 6-day contract to get 1 additional day for free! Purchase a 25-day contract to get 5 additional days for free! This offer only applies to purchases on original pricing. Best-offer accepted does not qualify for this offer.
10. Clarification for Combo Bonus: Bonus extension is granted as a complimentary service on a best-effort basis and therefore is not disputable.
Buyer's Liabilities:
1. Mining disruptions due to pool configuration or down time will not be compensated. Buyer is responsible for monitoring the health of pool.
2. Buyer is fully responsible for providing the correct wallet address, pool info, worker id, and a password, if applicable, in "Message to Seller" at checkout. Losses due to incorrect information will not be compensated or refunded due to the nature of mining.
3. Mining payouts will be directly paid to the wallet address provided by buyer from the pool operator. I am not involved therefore am not responsible for its delivery.
4. Combo Bonus: Bonus extension will be granted after a feedback is provided.
Proof of service:
1. I will send you screenshots of mining status shortly after starting, then once every 12~24 hours for review.
2. If you have issues or complaints, you shall reply via eBay message within 12 hours. Non-communication implies satisfaction of delivered services thus far.
Payment:
1. MUST be VERIFIED by PayPal.
2. Wait for my invoice prior to paying. *IMPORTANT*
3. Non-paying will be reported after 2 days.
