    All of our items are packed securely. If you receive an item whose packaging seems to be damaged then please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you notice the damaged packaging after you have accepted the parcel then also contact us immediately stating the situation.

     

    Returns and Replacements Policy:
    Returns will be accepted up to 7 days from the date of receipt if the item is unused. All the accessories must be present in working order and all items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging.
    We try our best to send you the item in its best of condition. However if the item you received is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be provided.
