All UK items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post whereas we may use DHL / DPD to deliver to rest of the world. If you have not received your item within 20 working days (excluding weekends) in EUROPE and 25 working days (excluding weekends) in REST OF WORLD please inform us, and we will sort out accordingly (we will either  send you another item or refund your money as you value the most). UK deliveries could take 2 to 4 working days, EU deliveries could take from 4 to 10 working days whereas rest of the world deliveries could take 10 to 15 working days.
