If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

30 Day Returns Policy

We do hope you will be happy with your order but, if not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact within 30 days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for the costs of any returns unless the item is faulty on arrival. We advise customers to return items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items going missing in the post.

 

RETURNING FOR A REFUND

 

If you would like to return an item for a refund then please open an eBay Returns Request for the item and wait for us to accept your return before returning the item. If you are returning several items please open a Returns Request for each item you wish to return.

 

How to open a Returns Request:

 

Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.

Click Won.

Next to your listing, select Return this item from the pull-down menu.

Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.

The "Return an item" form appears.

Review the next page and click Request return.

Then you have to wait for seller to accept your return request.

After the seller has accepted your request, you can prepare postage right away and click Continue.

Post the item to the seller.

 

RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE

 

Should you wish to return and item for an exchange then please contact us via ebay messages and we will arrange an exchange for you. Shipping costs are payable on all overseas exchanges.

 

RETURNS ADDRESS

 

When returning items please enclose a copy of your eBay returns request, or eBay message requesting an exchange. If you are returning items from overseas then please ensure that the parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS.
