RETURNS

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase then please contact us and we will be happy to help. Returns must be authorised by contacting us to obtain an RMA number. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the consumer the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED, THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Where an item is returned the buyer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item unless there is a serious defect caused by ourselves to the item which would render it unfit for its intended purpose. If you have damaged or in anyway devalued the item then an appropriate refund will be made. Please take care of items that are in your possesion as they are your responsibilty to return in their original condition.
