This is very collectible and fantastic sounding original vintage Mesa Boogie Mark 2C+ Head. Not an upgrade. This amp was built as a 2C+
It is the even more rare long chassis model - about 22" wide - no reverb - so the presence control is on the front panel. (Nice!) I have sold many 2C+ amps over the years and I believe there is something very special about the non reverb versions.
Based on the serial number, this amplifier is also one of the last 2C + models to be built. I recently sold a similar amp on eBay a short time ago. (see listing 282356840077) It was sold in just a few hours of being listed.
