Rolex Mid-Size case, tube, crown, wind/setting arbor.  No case back, no bezel.  This Ref # 68273 is for the Sapphire Crystal, Steel and Gold model from 1989.  Serial number L 657,106.  Case diameter is 30mm, 33mm including crown, 37mm lug to lug.
