WARRANTY

The warranty on the laptop is 60 days and it comes with a anti-DOA warranty. If you experience problems with the system please contact us before eBay so we can repair it or refund your money.

WARRANTY ON BATTERIES: Used batteries do not come with a warranty. It should be understood that we do not know how long a used battery will continue to hold a charge. We include all used batteries functional or not for reference purposes only. The battery in this Laptop is in good condition and does hold a charge for close to 2 hrs at idle.

The Laptop will go through a final test phase after the sale is complete. We will also custom configure the windows for the buyer if requested, We will email to see if you want your name setup in Windows instead of the standard "New Owner" that we use when we refubish them. All our PCs and Laptops ship within 2 Business Days of cleared payment unless upgrades are being done to it. Shipping on the desktop system will run $15.00 via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground. Local pickups are available if your in the Waterloo NY area.
