This commemorative is from the Royal Canadian Mint's Dinosaur Fossil Collection, a series of five .9999 fine silver proof coins featuring representations of dinosaur fossils found in Canada. Each coin's reverse depicts the creature using a unique selective aging effect to create the impression of fossilized bones in stone. The present example is the third in the series. The 34 mm coin contains 15.87 grams of 99.99% pure silver.

Included with your coin is the complete Original Government Packaging (OGP) from the Royal Canadian Mint including outer black sleeve, inner red clamshell box, acrylic capsule, and Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

NOTE: The holder has a few hairline scratches front and back, and some scuffing above the obverse portrait. They occurred during transit from NGC as the holder rubbed against cardboard separators in the shipping box. The blemishes are on the holder and not the coin.
