Brand new item--never been out of the box...Very delicately and precision designed....That's Marklin !!..Has been kept in a smoke free  ,,pet free  ,,climate controlled atmosphere  ..Thanks for looking and good luck..../............Keep checking back as I have hundreds of Marklin trains to list in the next couple of months
