An ergonomic design made of strengthened borosilicate glass, highly durable with high heat resistance, and can stand any type of sterilisation method. 240ml.
Includes the original Peristaltic teat (M) which has a round hole at the teat tip.
Purchasing Procedures
Once you have
purchased an item, your payment is due within 7 days. You may contact us
directly to ask for an extension on payment. If payment is not received an
unpaid dispute claim will be opened automatically. After 3 days your case will
be closed and you will receive an unpaid strike against your account.
We accept PayPal
and bank deposit only! Bank deposit details are given on check out. Please
contact us once payment has been made with your reference number. For pick up,
contact us via email first. Pick up times are Monday - Friday between 9am - 6pm
from our store location in Malabar or Ingleburn. For pick ups outside of these
hours please contact us.
Shipping and Returns
We dispatch items
once payment is received between 24 - 48 hours. This however excludes weekends
and public holidays as we are not open. If there has been a problem in posting
your item you will be notified. We are available 5 days a week to answer any
questions via eBay email. We are unavailable via email over the weekends and on
public holidays. Once we have returned we will endeavour to get back to you as
soon as possible.
Tracking numbers
are provided for all of our parcels. Please check your tracking number BEFORE emailing
us to say that you have not received your item, as in most cases it is sitting
at your local post office. If you have not received it however please contact
me and we will help in any way we can to track your item. All items can be
tracked via Australia Post (https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking)
Our items will be
transported to the buyer in compliance with Australia Posts Dangerous and
Prohibited Goods & Packaging policies and eBay's Hazardous Materials
policy.
We offer Standard
postage, Standard postage plus signature and Express postage. If you are
concerned about your item being left in a specific location we recommend
selecting signature. Alternatively leave a note on checkout if you would like
your item left in a specific location. Unfortunately due to government
regulations, we are unable to express post fragrances due to them being
transported by aircraft. Please select the express post option
before making payment otherwise it will be shipped out as normal.
We do combine
postage. We use 500g, 3kg and 5kg satchels. Our listings are automatically set
up for combined postage however you can contact us first to find out the
amount.
If you are
receiving the message "seller will not post to your address" and you
are located in Australia, please disregard this message. This is a common
glitch we are experiencing with eBay and has to do with an out-dated version of
the app. Please contact us and we can re-issue you with an invoice.
Returns are
accepted with our store. Items are to be returned in the original packaging and
condition they were in/as new. If they are not you may not be eligible for a
full refund. If your item has been damaged in transit please keep all parts
including bag and packaging materials so we can forward this to our delivery
company. Returns are to be paid for by the buyer unless the incorrect item has
been shipped and/or Simply_Malabar is at fault. Contact us for return details.
