Seller Terms and Policies: Please read: 

-Payments-

I prefer PayPal payments. All payments must be received within 4 days of the auctions end date, including E-checks. If I do not receive payment within 4 days, or receive a reply that more time is needed to pay or other response from buyer, eBay unpaid item assistance will automatically open a case for nonpayment and I reserve the right to re-list the item. These auction listings take a lot of time, money, and effort to post!  Please be considerate. 

-Shipping-

I ship within the continental 48 states. I usually ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. I don't usually ship on weekend days. I package using bubble wrap, paper, packaging peanuts or whatever it takes to pack secure and keep from breaking or damaging your item.  If the item requires bubble wrap, bubble envelope mailers, purchased boxes or other expensive packing supplies, I may charge a small handling fee. I like my packages well packed and I'm sure you do too. 

If I have a listing that has a best offer and free shipping if the offer is less than the listed price there will be a shipping cost of actual cost to ship with no handling fee.  

-Return & Refund Policy-

I do my very best to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible. I include a lot of photos that you can enlarge, so to see the item for yourself. If there are flaws, etc., I will highlight them in photos or tell you about them. I take the time to look over every item, but occasionally I may make a mistake or miss something. I'm not perfect and I'm only human. It is never my intention to mislead. Please ask me any questions and please let me know if you have any problems with your purchase before leaving feedback. I assure you I will do my very best to work with you and resolve the issue. 

To receive a refund; I must receive item within 14 days of delivered shipment, and I will refund, minus the shipping cost, only if I have inaccurately described the item. I am not responsible for buyer’s remorse and will not refund based on that premise.  The item must be returned to me in the same condition as when I shipped it. It must be returned in the original packaging as well. If the item is not working properly or has a major flaw, defect or the item is not as described, that I may overlooked, then I will issue a full refund minus shipping. 

Some items I list with no refund but in extreme circumstances I do make exceptions.

 

-Feedback & Ratings-

Please contact me before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. It is my goal to give my customers exceptional customer service, so please let me know if there are any problems with your purchase and I will correct the problem and make things right. I want to achieve 100% satisfaction from my customers and will make every effort to do so.  Please understand that I need to know if you received your purchase and that everything is satisfactory, so please leave me positive feedback if you are pleased and I will do the same for you.
 Like I mentioned before, I try to honestly & accurately describe my items to the best of my ability. I do receive my items from several different sources that could have smells, smoke odors, perfume, pet hair, dust, dirt, etc. but I do try and eliminate those things as best as I can and be precise with my descriptions as humanly possible.  These eBay listings are estimated shipping cost, and I won't know the exact cost until I go to the Post Office.  Please understand that the shipping times posted by eBay or even sometimes by USPS are estimated times as well. In some cases it could take an extra day or two, depending on certain circumstances.  Please buyers, be fair and truthful. Think about these ratings and how it effects a seller. This is very important to many sellers because it is their lively-hood.
