In very good vintage condition. There is some tarnish & silver plate loss, but it adds to the patina. This vase changes it's look in different heights, distances & angles. Beautiful! About 3 1/2" across & 9 5/8" tall. The pictures do NOT do it justice. On the bottom it is stamped with a stick figure & SSKK. This seems to be a great mystery online. Some sites say it's Finnish, Great Finnish Book Club). Some say Sheffield. Some say Nippon Steel Corp, which went by Stainless Steel KK.

I received the following email from another ebay-er:

Just letting you know the stick figure hallmark is a martian, part of the martian line dating about 1949 by Sato Shoji Corp. of Tokyo, Japan. Later using SSKK marking with martian figure. They also made (martian) flatware for Japan Airlines. You can find items ocassionaly here on ebay. Hope that helps!
