RETURNS are accepted (with the exception of swimwear and/or lingerie) within 14 days of receipt.  Buyer pays return shipping (including free ship items) unless there is an issue I've overlooked.  Item must be in original, unused condition along with all tags attached and properly packaged. Please be sure to review measurements and pictures so that returns can be avoided. A QUICK NOTE ABOUT BRAS/BRA SETS:  I take time packing them appropriately to keep them shaped beautifully.  Nothing's worse than purchasing a gorgeous bra, only to have it arrive to you shoved in a bag, wrinkled beyond the ability to re-shape it.  Larger or more delicate bras may be shipped in a box.

ABOUT FEEDBACK:  I'm happy to work out issues I may have overlooked, but do give me an opportunity to do so before you leave FB.  We all make mistakes, & although I work hard not to ...  I'm only human. SHIP COST: I don't make money on shipping.  I charge you what USPS charges me.

SHIP TIME:  Your package will usually be shipped within one business day  for payment that is received prior to 8 pm (mountain time) with the exception of holidays, weekends, or unforeseen weather OR if I need to clarify something with you about a size, quantity, gift box, etc.  If you need something in a hurry, let me know and I'll do my best to ship on Saturday.   International ship, see below.

SHIP CLASS:  Unless specified, items ship Priority Mail or First Class.  Items/lots needing much larger boxes will go Parcel Post.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  YES!  I love to combine shipping for items paid for within 7 DAYS of each other - SEE BELOW - Cost is usually about an additional $.50 for panties, $1.50 for bras.  

Instructions to Combine your Purchases
To combine your purchases and receive Shipping Discount, Add ALL the items you want to purchase by using the "ADD to Cart" button in the item's listing (within 7 days ONLY) Next, use the "Request Total from Seller" button, this button should appear right next to seller eBay ID.  I'll send you a new invoice reflecting your total combine shipping discount. Please don't pay until all items are won/added. To receive shipping discount via a combined invoice you have to pay for ALL of your items together, at the end, all at the same time with a single payment. If you run into any problems don't hesitate to send me a message through the eBay messages. PLEASE NOTE:  I am unable to provide discount unless you use this method.  Please use the "commit to buy" button for the items you would like to combine, but DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT OR CHECK OUT!!! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I LOVE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!!  Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what (if any) these additional costs will be prior to buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight  (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  First Class International does NOT include insurance or tracking.  Also, I am not responsible for any delays due to slow processing by Customs or any other government agency.  Also, see below.  I do participate with the eBay global ship program and do not even see your ship cost.  If you find the cost to be outrageous, contact me - I may be able to ship for less.
