The ASUS ZenPad C 7 (Z170MG) screen is the most vulnerable element of the device and is the most expensive to replace if damaged. Scratches and scuffs to the screen are inevitable yet can be avoided with a simple screen protector film. However, sudden knocks, shocks and impacts will not keep the screen immune from damage. If for any reason you changed your mind about the product and would like to return it please let us know via eBay messaging. The following conditions apply:
(a) The goods have not been in your possession for more than 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods;
(b) Item is unused and packaging is intact;
(c) You notify via eBay that you wish to cancel your order.
For valid returns, an RMA is issued. Thereafter follow the instructions given. We will process a refund within a maximum of 7 days of receiving a return. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage. We will not process a refund unless the item has been received.
