Damage

All our items are inspected fully prior to listing.  Once sold, items are inspected again and packaged well.

Unfortunately, damage does sometimes happen in transit.

In the event that your item arrives damaged please follow these steps;

1.        Take a picture of the item and its damage as well as the box it arrived it.

( We need this to file insurance claims with the carriers )

2.        Message us in Ebay as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, return, or refund.

This will help us handle the situation as quickly as possible to limit the inconvenience to you.

Returns

With the exception of “AS-IS” listings, most of our items are eligible for returns.

Most returns are charged a %10 restock fee unless otherwise agreed upon.

Returns must be packaged with similar care that was taken to initially ship the item and must be in the same working and cosmetic condition to not be charged further fees.
