Specifics of this lens:
Optical -- Exceptional. No haze, no scratches, no fungus, no marks, no spots, no dust. Despite what I have read elsewhere on Ebay, if you shine a flashlight through the lens and see haze, that is because there is haze that will effect your images. This lens will give you the ultra sharp images that the lens is renowned for.
Mechanical -- Focusing is firm, all mechanical parts work perfectly, the filter threads are as new, the bayonet mount is as new, the iris is perfect. ALL mechanical functions work just as they should.
Cosmetic -- The lens is in excellent++ condition. All the knurls are straight with no dings. The main signs of use is some scuffing on the barrel. All the printing is bright, crisp & full. You can use the new zoom feature on the photos to see just how nice it is.
All in all an great example of this wonderful lens.
