the card condition is nm, although i am not a professional card grader please reference the pictures to confirm condition of this card. 

as you can see this card has the extremely rare starburst holo/ full holo/ holo bleed error on the bottom half of the card (below the picture/art work). this does not happen very often with base set cards. if you have any questions or need any more pictures please let me know! this is a one of a kind card!!! i have never seen one like this.
