♦Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Product must be returned in unused and resalable condition. No credit will be given on products returned that do not have all original boxing and packaging.

♦If you do not accept delivery of your order, return and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an incorrect item by our error, we will arrange return shipment at our expense. If you receive a damaged item, replacement parts will be shipped at no cost to you.

♦Buyers are responsible for the return shipping, and original shipping is not refundable, a full refund will only be issued when an error occurred on our part. For low and free shipping orders, the actual original shipping charges we absorbed associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

♦We cannot guarantee accuracy of color, tone or shade based on web images, as monitor settings may vary. Sizing charts and product info are included in the product detail pages. Buyers are required to pay return shipping due to color and size differences. A return label will only be provided when errors occurred on our part.

How to return?If you are not satisfied with our products or services, PLEASE contact us first before leaving Negative or Neutral feedback. You may contact us via the shopping portal, via e-mail to or leave a voice message for any questions and concerns with your order information and return reason. Our Customer Service representative will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays. Our distribution center will not accept any returns without Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Payment

• Payment must be made within 4 days of auction closing.
  All major credit cards are acccepted through secure payment processor Paypal.
• TOTAL AMOUNT DUE includes the final auction price plus shipping and handling.
• If you bought multiple items, please send me one payment for all the items instead of paying them individually. When you click the pay now button, eBay will automatically determine if there are other items you have won from us and will combine them for your review.
  

Shipping

• WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
  Items will be sent within 24~28 hours of payment verification.
• We only send to confirmed Paypal addresses. Your Paypal address must match your shipping address.
• Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
• Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. In general, it takes about 7~14 business days to deliver for major countries and may takes up to 20 business days due to the Custom issues.
