All balloons can be filled with helium. The question is whether they will hold enough to lift them (don't forget to take the weight of the ribbon into account - use fishing line if it is touch and go) and how long they will hold it for. Please see the dimensions listed and use your common sense here.
All 'foil' balloons are made of 2 thin layers of nylon heat sealed together. Some are metallized (shiny) and some are not (not shiny). They are NOT made of actual foil.

I am regularly asked about shipping times so here is a guide:
To Ireland usually 1 day with An Post
To UK usually 2 to 5 days with An Post and Royal Mail
To Europe/USA/Australia etc usually anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks
HOWEVER we all know that once we entrust anything to the Postal Services then we are out of control of what happens to it. They could be short-staffed or the Postman might just not be able to find your house or there could be a fire, a flood or something in the sorting office which means that the package is lost forever etc etc so please do not take these guides as any form of guarantee - these are just the time-scales from my experience.

To the people out there who seem to consider it fair game to claim that their item hasn't arrived or to leave negative feedback without good reason I would just like to say how hurtful this is. I am an honest seller who works during the day with elderly people who suffer with dementia. I sell on ebay part-time to help pay the bills. I can absolutely guarantee that I post every item that is paid for and that I bend over backwards to be as truthful as possible when describing the items. Times are hard for all of us but stealing from other poor people or being vicious to them is not the way to make the world a better place.
