3. SHIPPING
For Europe the Economy shipping arrives within 15
working days.
For South America, North America, Africa, Asia,
Australia and New Zealand the shipping time is from 22 to 40 working days.
If you don’t like the economy shipping and you would
like a faster, express shipping to your country, feel free to message us before
you issue the payment so we can calculate the cost of
the shipping that is best for you.
4.DELIVERY
Conditions for
accepting an item
purchased from you
Items
must be examined before signing for them with the courier or delivery company.
All items are checked by us before they are dispatched to make sure there are
no damages present.
We
also have photos of the items before we send them.
If
the item is electrical we have a document that it is good for use.
We
and the delivery company will not be responsible for any damages caused during
the transportation if you or someone else (your relative or neighbor) took the
item from the delivery company and you signed for it without checking it in
front of them and then after some time hours or days you report that there are
damages.

can be responsible for damages caused during the transportation if they are
reported in front of the delivery company while you are receiving the item in
front of them. If there is any present damage you have to sign a protocol for
the damage at the moment with the delivery employee.
The
delivery employee is in front of you or you went to the post office, MUST wait
whilst you inspect the parcel for present damage.

we can compensate you, repair the item or replace it for our cost.

we can return you your money after we receive the item in our office in the
original packaging.

if you don’t inspect the package, the delivery company would not compensate us
for the damages caused.

the delivery company reply: The package is not checked in front of us and you
might have damaged it on the way home,

the way to the car repair shop or on the way to another place.

is why please inspect the packages in the post office so there is someone
responsible in the situation.
If
the delivery company does not compensate us for the damages we would not be
able to compensate you, because no one will be able to prove
when
is the item damaged during the transportation or after you took it from the
post office/delivery company.
That

for
your own safety inspect the item at the post office/delivery company
before
you take it and before you sign for it.
5.RETURNS
Dear customers, you have the rights to return it back
to us within 14 days in the original packaging as we sent it.
Without any damage on the item and the packaging.
The taxes about the returns are for your cost.
Once we receive the item in our office we will
refund you straight away.
6.REFUNDS
We will issue refunds only if point 4. Delivery and
point 5. Returns
are kept from the Conditions for purchase.
