THE ITEMS FOR SALE ARE A LARGE & SMALL BRONZE VIKING CRESCENTIC & LUNATE PENDANTs 10th Century A.D

The Viking Bronze Crescentic Pendant is a wonderful piece of viking craftsmanship with hot riveted attachment loop for attaching to a necklace.

The other smaller lunate plaque has 3 attachment holes for sowing or studs and was probably attached to an item of clothing or leather strap.

Both pendants have a really great patina and will complement any collection of Viking artifacts. The condition is good/collectable, fantastic solid pieces of Viking workmanship from the 10th century.

The large pendant measures 45 mm wide and 36 mm high approximately.

The small plaque pendant measures 25 mm wide and 18 mm high approximately.

10th century AD. 

Fine condition.

 Originally from a private German collection acquired in the 1980,s.

In good condition and an above average example.

Very rare and not to be missed.

Displays wonderfully.
