Le Jour was the name by which Yema watches were sold in other markets, specifically the US. At one point, Heuer was also manufacturing chronographs under the Le Jour name for certain markets. Overall, you will see many models of Yema and Le Jour watches that look identical, except for the logo on the dial. Pierre Chevelle was another off-shoot brand that had the same distributors for different markets.

This particular Pierre Chevelle is a rare chronograph with art deco style numerals. The watch is keeping time and the chronograph is buttery smooth. It works fine and resets to zero. The dial and hands are original and untouched. The movement is signed by the Le Jour Watch Co.

Overall, a watch that is in incredible condition for something from the 70s, and as always, there's something awesome about those numerals. The watch is also a jumbo sized 37mm piece that feels more like a 39 on the wrist.
