If you have checked the measurements of your flat screen and are unsure this cover will fit, please contact us.  Some makes of monitor vary in depth or have a large rear mounted stand, such as some Dell monitors for example, in which case this cover may be too tight.  We will gladly make you a made to measure example to accommodate your monitor design, so drop me a message or email me and we can get a thread started!

Shipping, Payment & Returns

Shipping

• Postage and packaging within the UK is included in the price. 
• All covers are posted in a padded envelope for their protection.
• All covers are dispatched within 3 working days. (If expected to be longer than this, I will notify you after you have placed an order of the soonest available dispatch date).

Postage includes shipping via Royal Mail 2nd class economy.  Some items may be posted via a Royal Mail first class service, depending on weight.  This would be at no additional cost to the customer, and would be a free shipping upgrade when applied.

Payment

Payment via Paypal is accepted.

International customers

International buyers are welcome, with forward shipping via Ebay's Global Shipping service. Free postage only covers within the UK to Ebay's global distribution centre.  Ebay will take care of the international leg, and charge you accordingly when placing your order.

Returns

Nobody likes to be disappointed, so if there is a problem please let me know and we will try our best to resolve any issues.  We accept UK returns for a refund if you change your mind within 14 days, for the receipt of the undamaged, unused item, providing the buyer pays return postage. Should you need to return an item, please use the envelope in which it was received, and return using a signed for service to ensure the product arrives.
