This Amberina Topper is Spectacular, possibly very old with nice sugar coat and Ocean Swept C's. It has a unique UV glow. It might have been a Sugar Bowl Lid? The lid Nipple part has one small shiny spot a little dull chip on the outer edge of the lid and inner lid has various chips, shiny spots. A great collectors piece. It could even been the base to a nice glass?

Tips: put mineral oil on your SEAGLASS to give it that wet look. Use rubbing alcohol or soapy water to return it back to its natural frosted state. You can also put a dab of your favorite essential oil on your SEAGLASS and the scent will last up to 30 days
