Highest quality calcium blocks for Aquatic Pets; shrimp, snails, crabs, crayfish, lobsters, turtles and terrapins. Can also safely be used for GALS (Giant African Land Snails using the pre-soak method).

**These mineral blocks are 100% aquarium life SAFE, including invertebrates and plants.**

Blocks will last approximately 7 days - depending on tank size, water flow rate and how many pets.

Calcium as well as other trace minerals are essential for all aquatic life to thrive. Particularly for invertebrates such as shrimp, snails etc... to aid shell condition and healthy molting (shrimp).

You can add 1 block per 40L of water, any block remaining after 10 days should be removed and a new one added at the next water change (usual maintenance)

These Blocks are 100% all aquatic life safe including plants. They will not promote algae like some blocks do and they have been tested and proven not to raise pH. They will increase TDS slightly if added to very small tanks (less than 25L TDS raised by 30 over 7 days), for this we recommend the block is broken in half and pre-soaked then the TDS remains stable.

We have been making these blocks for several years for our own shrimp, apple snails, clams and tylomelanian (elephant/rabbit) snails.
