Here is an antique watch with a fantastic band. I think that it was a very nice watch in its day. The movement is marked SWISS MARVIN WATCH CO  15 JLS 3 ADJ BREGUET HSPG. Brequet made luxury watches and were noted for the color of their hands: blue pomme hands (often now referred to as 'Breguet hands' and this watch indeed has blue hands. They were also famous for the fancy engravings on the dial called guilloche. However I also found a posting online saying that the HSPG (G is unreadable) stands for hairspring. So could mean that only the hairspring is Brequet....but what of the blue hands and engraved dial? We are not watch experts so you must draw your own conclusions.  The case is marked FAHYS MONTAUK QUALITY and 930   10870272  and should be either gold fill or gold plated. The gorgeous band is marked HADLEY and 1/20 12 KGF.  The watch was constructed to be a lapel watch to be worn on pin or brooch watch holder. I have a watch pin that I will try to find and list. Condition: AS FOUND, not working, needs cleaned. Case is worn, but I imagine will clean up a lot. Please supersize photos and note birthmark on case at the corner between 9 & 10 o'clock. It looks like a separation in the gold outer layer. Not noticeable without magnification.
