We make every effort to offer low shipping rates balanced with fast delivery. While we may change the provided shipping method to a FASTER service after checkout based on the items destination, we will never switch to a slower method. We are also happy to combine shipping if you are purchasing multiple items!

RETURN POLICY

We know many people don't bother with fine print, so at least please be aware we offer a 14 day money back refund/exchange on all items except for those marked AS-IS or NO RETURNS (such as items being sold for parts/repair). The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for any item being returned for non-defective reasons (IE, changed mind, ordered by mistake, etc).

TESTING POLICY

Because a lot of our items are acquired through large lot purchases, bulk sales and other means, we do our best to make sure anything we sell that is NOT NEW is inspected and tested to the best of our ability before we list it for sale. Board games – In the case of open board games/puzzles, we try to refrain from selling those which we cannot verify if all of the parts are present. If any parts are missing, we will make note of it and if those missing pieces render the game unplayable, we will note that we are selling the game for parts/AS-IS.

Electronics – Items such as remote controls, modems, routers, phones, electronic toys, things with batteries, things that plug into a wall, etc., are tested prior to listing whenever possible. When an item cannot be completely tested, such as a remote control or a modem tied to a specific vendor that we do not have access to, we make a note of it in the items description. All items are still tested for “Out-of-the-box” functionality such as making sure they power on, buttons respond, testable functions work, noises are made, etc!

Clothing – Clothing is photographed and described as best as possible. Any damage or defects that we are aware of are noted in the description. We are aware that the color in a photograph may appear different based on a persons viewing device, but in most cases the buyer will be responsible for any costs of returning clothing items for non-defective reasons.

Software/CDs/DVDs sales are final. This is to combat piracy. If software requires a serial key, we try and ensure that the key is valid or usable first.

All other items we use our best judgment as to their quality, function and condition. Our goal is to find great homes for great items, where they can find a purpose. It is never our intent to mislead or misinform a customer, and we are always happy to work with you to help resolve any issues that may arise or slip our notice!
